Order policy

Shipping, delivery and returns

Learn how freight estimates, delivery timing, extra charges and order issues are confirmed for stock, OEM and customized rescue bag orders.

Shipping quotations

Product prices exclude freight unless the written quotation or order confirmation says otherwise. Shipping is calculated from the destination, packed chargeable weight, dimensions, carrier service and delivery terms.

The single-unit calculator uses the July 20, 2026 4PX general-cargo rate table
Displayed USD estimates include the stated 20% margin and the current site exchange rate
Final carrier measurements and route availability control the confirmed freight

Production, dispatch and transit

Ready-stock handling and OEM production time are confirmed in writing before payment. OEM bulk production is normally estimated after sample approval; carrier transit begins only after the parcel is accepted by the shipping service.

Sample and bulk lead times are shown on each product page
Transit estimates are not production lead times
Customs, weather, remote-area and carrier delays can change delivery timing

Returns and order issues

Return eligibility is not automatic because many orders are customized or made to buyer-approved specifications. The applicable return, replacement, refund, evidence, time-limit and return-shipping terms are set out in the written quotation or order agreement.

Contact customer service before sending any item back
For damaged, incorrect or specification-mismatched goods, provide the order reference, photos and a clear description promptly
Do not return goods without written authorization and return instructions

Charges not included in the estimate

Unless expressly included in the confirmed order, displayed freight does not include import duty, tax, customs brokerage, remote-area surcharge, oversize handling, address correction or other destination charges.
